He is a freshly graduated internist. He enlightens us about the sixty-four thousand dollar question: How can one live in a HCOL (High Cost of Living) area and still find money to invest? I have spent many years living there during my training. So, we commiserated about New York prices.

Paul Leis

Paul shares with us the struggles of creating a healthy savings rate in such an expensive city despite the fact that his wife is also an attending physician! Also, he tells us how he shortlisted his first job and negotiated his first contract. Hope you enjoy great pearls that Paul very transparently shares with us!
