So, who is this Paul Leis guy anyway?

He is a freshly graduated internist. He enlightens us about the sixty-four thousand dollar question: How can one live in a HCOL (High Cost of Living) area and still find money to invest? I have spent many years living there during my training. So, we commiserated about New York prices.

Paul shares with us the struggles of creating a healthy savings rate in such an expensive city despite the fact that his wife is also an attending physician!
