We offer direct deal opportunities in high end multifamily, industrial, mixed use, medical and other commercial real estate projects in high growth Texas markets. These investments can be funded through an individual, joint account, IRA, trust or LLC. We also offer 1031 DST and Opportunity Zone options for investors with unique tax needs.

Typical offerings are in the 3–5-year range including both equity and debt options for most deals.

We are currently excited about ground up multifamily investments in high end properties across Texas markets as we anticipate a supply and demand imbalance in Texas starting in 2025. This pending imbalance is due to current new construction starts being at all time lows. Once the current building is finished and leased up there won’t be very many new properties coming on line behind them which is why we expect to see this imbalance materialize in 2025. This imbalance should drive rents higher which would in turn raise Net Operating Income (NOI) and thus increase returns for investors.
