Tom is an E.R. doctor in South Carolina. Beyond sharing his favorite restaurants in the area, Vijay, Tom, and I talk all about his financial journey. This includes school debt and his decision to buy a doctor home and a boat (yes, a boat!) out of residency. Would he do this all again?

We then transition to discuss his investments in short term rentals. He comes from a real estate family and you can really see how he leveraged this knowledge to build his own real estate business. And a big part of it comes from pooling resources with others.

He now leads a physician investing group that invests in large multifamily apartments. so we delve into that a bit as well.
